Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment Works

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to any order outside Cairo as a downpayment to give you more flexibility in paying for your order.

1. Initial Payment (Online)

Pay a portion of your order total upfront during checkout.

2. Remaining Balance (Due Later)

  • Online Payment: Pay before delivery using UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer via a secure payment link sent to your email/SMS.

  • Cash on Delivery: Pay the remaining amount in cash to the delivery agent when you receive your order.

Payment Structure

  • Upfront Payment: A non-refundable deposit of [X% of the order total] or [fixed amount, e.g., ₹500] is charged when you place your order.

  • Due Amount:

    • Online Payment: Settle the balance via the payment link provided.

    • Cash on Delivery: Pay cash to the delivery agent.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after the initial payment is successful.
You’ll receive an email/SMS containing:

  • Your order summary and initial payment receipt.

  • The remaining balance and payment instructions (if applicable).

Delivery Process

  • If you chose Cash on Delivery:

    • Inspect your package before paying the due amount.

    • You may refuse delivery if the package is damaged or tampered with.

  • If you prepaid the full amount online:

    • No payment is due upon delivery. Simply receive your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Initial Payment: Non-refundable after 24 hours (covers processing and handling fees).

  • Due Amount Paid Online:

    • Fully refundable if canceled before shipping.

    • Non-refundable if canceled after shipping (return shipping fees apply).

  • Failed Deliveries:

    • If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order is canceled.

    • The initial payment is forfeited. Any due amount paid online will be refunded.

Exclusions (e.g., Discount Coupons)

Discount coupons and other promotional offers may not be applicable to Partial Payment orders unless stated otherwise. The advance payment amount remains fixed.
